Greg DiGioia is an Investment Sales Associate for SAB Capital. After six years of growing his expertise in the industry and creating valuable client relationships, he jumped at the chance to tackle new opportunities and challenges.
Graduating from the University of Delaware in 2015 with a BS in Business Administration, Greg was also a four-year member of the University of Delaware Men’s Ice Hockey team. He began his commercial real estate career in valuation and advisory before transitioning to the brokerage side of the business. Greg found that the key to a productive day is organization- if you let it, the day will pull you in several different directions resulting in very little getting done.
For Greg, his favorite part of the job is the competitive nature of the industry. He’s been an athlete his entire life, so competition is a part of who he is as a person – so when his athletic career came to an end in college, it was crucial to find an industry where he could still “compete” in a sense. Greg can be found on the golf course, in a hockey rink, or hanging out with friends and family outside the office. It’s no surprise then that his favorite vacation spot is anywhere with a beach and golf course where he can relax with family and friends.
