Stephen Asihene is a Senior Investment Sales Associate specializing in the disposition and acquisition of net lease properties across the United States.
Stephen received his Bachelor’s Degree from Old Dominion University and is an MBA candidate at Florida International University. Before SAB Capital, Stephen worked as a Research Associate for an international CRE firm. With extensive experience in commercial real estate research and analytics, Stephen is committed to creating opportunities to deliver integrated information to address and meet the needs of his clients to make the best decision with their investments. His career thus far has taught him that his passion is not only for real estate but for providing services that impact everyday life.
Stephen credits his ability to adjust strategy to his time as a basketball player in college. His favorite part of the job is working with a bright and talented team that is competitive and strives to provide the best service possible while cultivating relationships with clients.
