Mark Neelman is a 1031 Associate for SAB Capital, specializing in sourcing net lease opportunities for 1031 Exchange candidates and constructing their Net Lease Portfolios. Before joining SAB Capital, Mark handled acquisitions and dispositions across Multi-Strategy Real Estate Investment firms.
Mark is passionate about structuring deals for his clients that align with their investment strategy and advising them on the best ways to improve their ROI and maximize the potential they can achieve with each given asset. He attributes his success to his ability to identify solutions within complex transactions and has a history of establishing long-lasting partnerships and business relationships within the real estate industry.
Outside of the office, Mark enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the gym, reading books, and has an avid passion for playing golf.
