Henry Roden is an Investment Sales Associate at SAB Capital. Most recently, he acted as Director at Hudson Bridge Capital, an investment firm focused on making targeted investments in the manufacturing and defense sectors. He was previously a Vice President at La Gorce Capital, leading much of their investment operations and portfolio management in the healthcare services and medical office sectors. His prior work includes working on the credit team at a Western Alliance Bank in Phoenix, AZ, providing Asset Based Lending (ABL) services to non-bank mortgage lenders and large debt funds, and previously began his career in corporate finance in New York.
Henry worked on building most of the infrastructure and SOP of several startup private equity firms to set the stage for all future deals, later being deeply involved in portfolio company operations. Henry enjoys being involved in all aspects of every deal, supporting leadership on execution and management to begin, then leading initiatives on his own. He also is experienced in handling the bulk of the investor relations and reporting functions in each of his roles. At SAB, Henry provides expertise in strategy, financial engineering, underwriting, systems management, and growth operations.
Henry holds Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona (Summa Cum Laude) and his Masters in Business Administration from New York University with specializations in Real Estate, Global Business, and Financial Instruments. He was also the 2025 recipient of the Harold Price Entrepreneurship Award at NYU.
