Andrew specializes in sale-leaseback underwriting and execution for middle-market operators, Private Equity, and Independent Sponsors. In his time at SAB, he has personally underwritten over $750 Million in sub-investment grade sale-leaseback product, with experience across automotive, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
Andrew graduated from NYU with a B.S in Real Estate Finance. During his time there, he learned financial modeling, real estate valuation, and how to interpret real estate market trends at large. Although his expertise lies mostly in finance, he is well-versed in the development process and ESG as it relates to real estate.
