Daniel’s academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. He further enriched his knowledge by studying International Finance at Fordham’s London Campus, a step that significantly broadened his global financial perspective.
Previously, Daniel held roles at Greystone, Morgan Stanley, and Capodagli Property Company. His experience spans underwriting commercial real estate projects, structuring creative capital stacks for clients, and analyzing CRE development projects from the ground up.
He is dedicated to continuous growth and thrives on challenging projects. Outside the office, Daniel enjoys skiing, golfing, traveling, and supporting New York sports teams.
