Flavia Zaguini is an Investment Sales Associate at SAB Capital specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family, mixed-use, and development properties across Brooklyn and Manhattan. She began her real estate career at a boutique real estate company focusing on luxury apartments and small developments in downtown Manhattan. Additionally, she’s worked for a notable global real estate firm that brokered luxury townhouses and multifamily buildings valued at $10 million or greater.
Prior to SAB, she was most recently a part of an investment sales group specializing in multifamily and mixed-use properties in Manhattan’s Midtown East area, where she was responsible for brokering transactions valued between $10M and $100M. Flavia grew up in Brazil, where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Her family were owners and operators of a hotel chain, so she was exposed to a wide range of real estate expertise at an early age.
Flavia moved to New York to pursue a Master’s in Fine Arts focused on acting and has studied at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. She is proficient in Spanish and Portuguese and lives in Manhattan, where she is a yoga instructor and wellness enthusiast, in addition to her career as an Investment Sales Associate.
