Jack is the lead Capital Markets Analyst handling the underwriting, modeling, packaging, and placement of financing for NNN investment properties across the United States.
An alum of Fordham University and NYU Schack, Jack has built a diverse set of experience in CRE: the underwriting of +$400M in debt transactions, the origination of +$50M in equity partnerships, and the growth and development of a FinTech startup.
His interest in Real Estate is two-fold. The first part is of the relationships formed by shared goals. The second part is physically realizing those goals into tangible and lasting assets. It’s often overlooked ― but giving people proper places to live and work is invaluable.
His favorite places to vacation are Spain and Portugal; and if you were to find him outside the office, he’d likely be playing guitar or chess, looking for a new beach to visit, or spending time with his friends and family.
Jack currently resides in Central Harlem, Manhattan.
