Natasha Ramirez is the Talent Acquisition and Company Culture Manager at SAB. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s hiring and retention strategy, geared to support the company’s expansion goals and promoting a culture of diversity and excellence.
Before joining SAB, Natasha worked at B6 Real Estate Advisors, where she focused on building the company’s talent pipeline and developing strategies to attract and retain new talent. Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Natasha graduated from Andres Bello University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and holds a Master’s in Counseling from Hunter College. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with people and witnessing new hires succeed in the company.
In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants in the city, hiking with her dog, working out, and spending quality time with her family.
