Nathan Ande is a senior investment sales associate at SAB Capital specializing in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties across the United States. During his tenure in CRE, Nathan has closed over $44 million in transactions representing both the buyers and sellers at a national brokerage firm.
Before arriving in New York, he held roles as a Financial Analyst for GE Digital and worked in asset disposition for the 3rd largest retailer in the US, Kroger. Nathan is a University of Cincinnati graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, & Real Estate with a focus in commercial real estate development.
When he’s not in the office, Nathan can be found traveling throughout the different boroughs as a foodie looking for exciting restaurants with great ambiance. If he’s not walking the city, you’ll likely find him cruising his one-wheel pint to get around.
