Evan Patel is an Investment Sales Associate at SAB Capital.
Evan holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and a Masters of Science in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to joining SAB Capital, he worked as a credit research associate at Moody’s Ratings. Covering the metals and mining sector, he published research and issued ratings for a portfolio of high yield and investment grade corporate issuers.
Leveraging his capital markets experience, Evan is committed to delivering and expanding SAB Capital’s services to clients and institutions. His appreciation of commercial real estate stems from the meritocracy of the industry: business is either won or it is not, which incentivized hard work and leaves no room for complacency.
Outside of work, Evan enjoys spending time with friends, skiing, and seeing his favorite bands perform.
