Justin Audette is an associate with the Sale Leaseback Group. He is responsible for deal origination and relationship management with private equity sponsors and investment banks who focus on investing in the lower-to-middle-market, as well as advising founder-owned private companies on real estate positioning. Justin joined SAB in March 2021 as the senior analyst, overseeing the underwriting process for all deals across SAB’s platform, and spent about a year leading the underwriting efforts before moving over to an origination role. Prior to SAB, Justin worked as a commercial appraiser focusing on multifamily product in the five boroughs of New York City.
Justin graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with an undergraduate degree in Finance, concentrating in Alternative Investments and Real Estate. He grew up on the south shore of Long Island, where he enjoys spending time visiting family and friends.
