Pavan Koneru is a Financial Analyst at SAB Capital. He is tasked with underwriting deals that come across the Investment Sales, Industrial, Affordable Housing, and Sale Leaseback desks, providing valuation expertise, and advising agents on pricing. Pavan has a background in Investment Sales focused on net-lease and retail properties primarily in the Northeast U.S. His experience working directly with active investment groups throughout the region has taught him how to analyze deals from a buy-side perspective, and the strategy that goes into an acquisition or disposition of a property. Pavan graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s in Economics.
